Hilary Doupe

Came to buy a used vehicle and within the week I had the keys in my hands. Todd was kind and ready to answer any questions, even though the vehicle wasn't a Ford. Highly recommend!!

Sarah Lovell

Had an amazing experience purchasing a pre-owned f-150 from our salesperson, Rob. I had been looking for a truck on and off for over a year and often didn’t have the best experience at other dealerships. Rob was patient, very knowledgeable and made us feel cared for. I would highly recommend this dealership and using Rob. He is very professional and trustworthy. Even after we purchased the vehicle he went above and beyond, adding a spray in liner in the bed of the truck! Amazing costumer service. Thank you!

Wendy Walters

Our experience was fantastic. We appreciate our salesman Todd Salo for his knowledge and kindness with this sale as with all previous purchases from him. The truck is exactly what we were hoping it would be.

First time I have dealt with Expressway Ford. Todd was very helpful He explained in a way you understood. All the staff I dealt with very friendly.

Friendly staff and great service!

Erin Morrison

My husband purchased a used Lincoln here last week. He was SO impressed with the service he received. He worked with John..who made this purchase so easy for us. He even came in on his day off so we could pick up. Was willing to take more pictures for my husband before he made the drive, answered all his questions in a quick timely manner. He was amazing. We would use Expressway Ford again in a heartbeat..even with an almost two hour drive and multiple other Ford dealerships closer. These guys go above and beyond and we are grateful for their help and service. If you’re in the market for a new or used vehicle..this is your place to go! Top notch all around. Thanks Expressway Ford!

The experience I had working with the Expressway Ford team - Todd and Randi, helped us get our new car and were so responsive to calls, texts, and emails. It made a big purchase much smoother.

Had an amazing experience buying a new to me Mach E. From start to finish it was so easy to work with Doug, Jeff and Randi. No games, straight forward and pricing better than other Ford dealerships, it was worth the 2 hour drive to see them. Definitely the most hospitable dealership I have ever been to. Highly recommend!!

Brad Hodgson

The staff at Expressway are outstanding! Todd has taken care of us now for our 5th vehicle and is always available for any concerns we have. We are now driving our second Hybrid Ford vehicle and enjoying fantastic mileage! Randi in finance is very thorough with all options available. Thanks again for a simple and hassle free vehicle experience.

John Sewell

I just had my Ford Focus serviced for Spring. Michelle and Brent were terrific. They made last minute scheduling changes to help with my last minute schedule changes. They are always clear in suggesting, addressing and directly handling the issues of the car. I always refer people to this great 'sanity-saving' dealership. Thanks to all at a very smooth-sailing ship!

I have had my vehicle serviced at Expressway Ford Stratford for over 7 years and recently purchased a 2024 Ford Escape from the New Hamburg location. Always experience excellent service, concise and understandable communication regarding all entries on my invoice. I have confidence in both Michelle and Brent to provide me with the best options available for any issues...

Joshua Charland

Todd was an absolute pleasure to work with and helped me land the ford escape I was looking for. He was proactive, receptive, truthful, and always willing to help. He went above and beyond at every opportunity without any prompting. In fact, the entire team at expressway ford Stratford was extremely refreshing to work with: Randi from finance was beyond accommodating and..

Paul Mitchell

Great dealership to do business with. All staff friendly, and genuine in their quest to please and help you. I dealt with Rob Miller who was excellent - helpful, genuine approach - no pressure. Rob introduced me to many of the staff, and they all seem a great bunch. They all seem very happy, which can only be signs of a very well run dealership. Thanks to all there...

Derrick Abram

After a ton of research and driving around lots looking at Mach E’s we finally found one that had just come into Expressway - I reached out to Todd directly after seeing all the positive reviews about him…. And he did not disappoint! He was super responsive, got us information when he said he would and sent over some pictures of the car since it hadn’t been photographed...

Pervaiz Akhtar

Very nice people to deal with. Rob and Jeff were very friendly and helpful. During my initial communication with Rob, I asked for additional info and additional pictures. Every question I asked about the vehicle was answered and relevant information provided. I drove from Mississauga (even though dealership is 126KM away from my place) to look at the vehicle. Test drive...

Todd Salo was great to work with. He knows the products - knows the inventory - knows how to get you want you want - and, he is straightforward and fair. I'm well-experienced at buying cars. I purchased my 34th car from Todd - a Mustang GT - and found him to be the best - totally honest and fair...

Rob

We have purchased two vehicles from Expressway 6 years apart, one used and one new. Todd Salo is great, we worked with him both times. He listened to all of our concerns after we test drove the used vehicle and made sure they were addressed. Very happy with both purchases. Todd is very knowledgeable of the products and works hard to make sure you're comfortable with the...
