Our recent experience with the wonderful people at Expressway Ford in Stratford was exceptional. Rob Miller, our first contact, proved to be a very informative, personable, knowledgeable ,courteous and very helpful. He listened to what we were looking for, narrowed down the options currently on the lot and led us to a vehicle that met our wishes perfectly. Never pushy, always patient and has a very relaxed humorous demeanour. From there we met Randi in Finance who outlined clearly how those details were to be handled as well as clearly outlining other options we could add to our vehicle. Again, not pushy….just informative. When we picked up out vehicle Rob spent all the time we needed to explain to us all the technology and numerous details of the vehicle ....and did so very professionally and was very thorough. Thank you very much Rob and Randi.

I was so releived when my repair was completed for half the price quoted at another garage. Turns out some of the repairs didn't even need doing. I love the trust level I now have with the shop. Thanks team.

Probably the most seamless experience I’ve had purchasing a vehicle (too easy) from Steve at expressway Ford. Never any pressure. Hannah in financing was very easy to deal with and answered all of my questions over email since I lived further away. I also found that they had the best prices for used vehicles that I could find. I don’t have names from the service department but I am happy with the work that was done prior to picking my vehicle up.
All around excellent experience knowledgeable sales and service staff. They made our purchase less stressful. Left with confidence we understood our options and now enjoying our fabulous new car.

Expressway Ford is a family run operation
That can be important after living in a smaller town for 50 years
I have owned Ford products in the past and had the pleasure to deal with another family operation of the Competitions products
That decision was made to go back to A Ford after the other dealership sold
Having to educate myself with the Ford product and the team at Expressway, Ford was made very easy
The people at Expressway Ford were very patient with me as I educated myself on their product before ordering a new vehicle
Many times I went back to discuss The 250 super duty pick up truck I was ordering
We have a fifth wheel trailer and the concerns of the engine power and the towing capacity was very important
The sales staff at Expressway was very helpful to achieve my decision to order a vehicle outside the norm I was used to
My wife and I are extremely happy with our decision to order and own 250 super duty
Wondering why we didn’t switch brands long ago

I dealt with Michael when ordering a specific truck. He made the process seamless, provided updates when requested and had great communication skills. Cam was also fantastic to deal with. The parts department seems to be knowledgeable as well.Overall they have definitely won me over as a customer.

I purchased a used car at a time of inventory scarcity and was still offered an excellent vehicle at a fair price. There was a slight problem with the frame and wheel shield that was noted at the time of sale; it was eventually addressed and repaired to a level that exceeded my expectation. Sales Rep, Todd Salo, was friendly and accommodating and Service Manager, Trevor Wagler, got the job done with little fuss. I love my little Fiesta and will definitely return to Expressway when the time comes for a new ride.
