Todd and everyone at Expressway Ford were a pleasure to deal with. They made purchasing a new Maverick easy and enjoyable!
Went in to book a 4-wheel alignment on my truck after getting new tires. Michelle, at the service desk, was able to get me in the following day. Service was quick, the staff were all pleasant and prompt, and the waiting area was pretty nice too.
We dealt with Todd in Stratford and he was very helpful and knowledgeable through the process of purchasing our new vehicle. Great Dealership!
We picked up my new mom-mobile a few weeks ago and couldn't be happier. We had the pleasure of working with Todd who was the best sales man to help us find exactly what we were looking for. An excellent dealership beginning with Lois the receptionist. Our salesman Doug Arnold goes over and above to obtain the vehicle of your choice. Hannah Pitel is a lovely young woman, Financial Services Manager. The Service Department personnel are very caring. A special shout out to Tyler, Kathy and Trevor. The mechanics are top notch. I’ve never had an issue with their work. When it’s fixed, it’s fixed.

I purchased a used car at a time of inventory scarcity and was still offered an excellent vehicle at a fair price. There was a slight problem with the frame and wheel shield that was noted at the time of sale; it was eventually addressed and repaired to a level that exceeded my expectation. Sales Rep, Todd Salo, was friendly and accommodating and Service Manager, Trevor Wagler, got the job done with little fuss. I love my little Fiesta and will definitely return to Expressway when the time comes for a new ride.
