Had an amazing experience buying a new to me Mach E. From start to finish it was so easy to work with Doug, Jeff and Randi. No games, straight forward and pricing better than other Ford dealerships, it was worth the 2 hour drive to see them. Definitely the most hospitable dealership I have ever been to. Highly recommend!!
The staff at Expressway are outstanding!Todd has taken care of us now for our 5th vehicle and is always available for any concerns we have. After a ton of research and driving around lots looking at Mach E’s we finally found one that had just come into Expressway - I reached out to Todd directly after seeing all the positive reviews about him…. And he did not disappoint! He was super responsive, got us information when he said he would and sent over some pictures of the car since it hadn’t been photographed for their site yet.Once we test drove the car and made the decision to purchase, Todd made it the easiest vehicle purchasing experience we have ever had - we had been dreading replacing our old Civic due to past vehicle buying experiences! We feel like we got a super fair deal and Todd made sure we were take care of every step of the way - he has been in the industry a long time and knows how to make deals happen without wasting time!I cannot recommend Todd enough to anyone looking for their next vehicle.Thanks again Todd!!

They are always clear in suggesting, addressing and directly handling the issues of the car. I always refer people to this great 'sanity-saving' dealership. I purchased a used car at a time of inventory scarcity and was still offered an excellent vehicle at a fair price. There was a slight problem with the frame and wheel shield that was noted at the time of sale; it was eventually addressed and repaired to a level that exceeded my expectation. Sales Rep, Todd Salo, was friendly and accommodating and Service Manager, Trevor Wagler, got the job done with little fuss. I love my little Fiesta and will definitely return to Expressway when the time comes for a new ride.
