I recently brought my Lincoln Aviator to Expressway Lincoln for service, and I was very pleased with the whole experience. Tyler did a great job recording all my initial concerns, and Dwight clearly explained what could and couldn’t be covered by my extended warranty. Throughout the repair, Dwight kept me updated with regular calls, which I really appreciated.
Everything that needed to be fixed was taken care of by mechanic Rob, and the car has been running perfectly since. I also received a clean loaner vehicle for the duration of the repair, and my own car was returned spotless.
Overall, the service was professional, transparent, and friendly — I felt well taken care of from start to finish.
