– Upon completion of the form the dealership will place the vehicle on hold for up to 72 hours so the customer is able to visit the store to secure the vehicle they desire.
– No monetary deposit is required to participate.
– In the instance where 2 or more customers try to reserve the same vehicle reservations will be treated on a first come, first serve basis. Each of the reservations will be contacted in order and given 60 minutes to respond to the dealership to plan their next course of action on a potential purchase. If they do not respond the reservation will be slotted behind the next reservation in line that is actively communicating with the dealership.
– If a customer comes into the dealership to potentially purchase a vehicle that already has an online reservation, the customer with the online reservation will be given 60 minutes to respond to the dealership to plan their next course of action on a potential purchase. After that time period has lapsed the reservation will be slotted behind the customer currently on site at the dealership.
