Todd Salo has been our go to guy whenever we need a new vehicle. We just purchased a 2025 Expedition from Expressway Ford and although it took a little longer than usual for it to arrive, Todd always made sure we were kept in the loop. The wonderful service we received from Todd and Randi in the office, does not go unnoticed and is much appreciated. Todd made sure we were comfortable with all the bells and whistles we had ordered on our vehicle before we left the lot. He has since been in touch to see if we needed anything. I say five stars to Todd and Expressway Ford.
I called Stratford ford to speak to a technician about some electrical issues i was currently having and wanted their expertise if they had heard of my issue before as I wanted to make sure i was safe. I spoke to an amazing technician named Michelle, who was absolutely brilliant. She was so kind, knowledgeable, and empathetic to my concerns and answered all of my questions. I told her that I lived in Kitchener, and called the Kitchener Ford and did NOT have a nice experience with them. They were rude, condescending and extremely unhelpful. I told Michelle I was going to go to Stratford Ford from now on. Thanks so much again Michelle!

Had an amazing experience buying a new to me Mach E. From start to finish it was so easy to work with Doug, Jeff and Randi. No games, straight forward and pricing better than other Ford dealerships, it was worth the 2 hour drive to see them. Definitely the most hospitable dealership I have ever been to. Highly recommend!!

I purchased a used car at a time of inventory scarcity and was still offered an excellent vehicle at a fair price. There was a slight problem with the frame and wheel shield that was noted at the time of sale; it was eventually addressed and repaired to a level that exceeded my expectation. Sales Rep, Todd Salo, was friendly and accommodating and Service Manager, Trevor Wagler, got the job done with little fuss. I love my little Fiesta and will definitely return to Expressway when the time comes for a new ride.
